Appointments

Appointments are available as follows:

Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 to 15:20
Friday afternoons – 13.30 to 16.10

To make an appointment please call on 0118 9521313. The office is open on Monday to Friday 9am till 1pm. You will need to give us your UBRN number and your password so please make sure you have this to hand when you call.

You can leave a short message & your telephone number & we will call you back on the next working day.

Please note the office is closed over the weekend and there  is no one available in the office to take your phone calls  however you can leave a short message and we will get back to you as soon as possible during the week.

If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason on the day of your procedure, please telephone 0118 9553421.
